If you haven't made it down to the studio yet for a fun evening of sewing with us, come on down. We still have a few coupons to give away for an hour of free sewing! We love seeing your projects and are of course always available for advice or inspiration.
As a reminder we are open Friday and Saturday nights from 4 to 9 pm in the Huffman Business Square, a few doors down from the old Three Sisters location! We're hoping to expand our hours in the near future to include some week night times, as well as the possibility of classes! If you have any requests let us know by email at seamsewingstudio@gmail.com! We will also be offering some technique clinics starting in November. These will include things like how to install a zipper, how to cover and construct your own cording, etc. If there are specific techniques you would like covered please feel free to drop us an email and we can get them worked into the schedule!
As you probably already know the Studio is run by Enjoli and Angelyn (the twins) along with the help of some of our friends. Sara is the newest staff member at Seams Like Home and a resident at the Studio on Friday and Saturday nights. She has a great energy for picking fabrics and working through patterns! We've also been fortunate enough to snag Gene Looman (most of you know him as the software guru from SLH!) upon occasion to sew with us.
